New Comer Industries special planetary drives PGRF 25000
Comer Industries (Hall A4 – stand 113) extends its range of drive gears with rotating outer casing thanks to the new PGRF25000 model, 25,000 daNm output nominal torque implementing the new output stage on smaller Comer Industries planetary stages.

 

This drive features the typical flange to be connected directly to the fixed support on one side, and the mobile flange, included in the rotating casing, to which a side of the drum is directly secured. The double mobile flange rotation conical roller bearing acts as a winch support. A “Duo-Cone” front seal features between the two flanges. This seals the reduction gear perfectly even in the most difficult environmental conditions.

The PGRF25000 end stage can also equip the PGA 25005 traction track drive to form a 5-stage drive gear.
