Climbing Scaffold/ Klettergerüste

The climbing systems are used on walls which height does not allow to cast them in one pour. They provide support for the formwork and create the working platform. They move vertically and are anchored to the structure previously executed. Self-climbing systems as ATR, HWS PERIMETER PROTECTIONS and RKS RAIL GUIDED CLIMBING SYSTEM, WORKING PLATFORM BF-170, climbing brackets CM-220, CR-250, or based on MK System like BMK-170/220 or 240 CONSOLES. Following job site's needs, their use determines to use or not the crane and the formwork type, one or two faces (SBF-180 and 240 Consoles). They are the ideal solution in pillars, dams, retaining walls, towers, elevator shafts...



Für Wände, die nicht in einem Arbeitsgang hergestellt werden können, benötigt man Klettersysteme, die als Rüstung für die Wandschalung dienen und gleichzeitig eine sichere  Arbeitsebene bilden.  Sie werden vertikal umgesetzt und am oberen Teil des bereits fertig gestellten Wandabschnitts aufgehängt. Zu den Kletterschalungen gehören die Selbstkletterschalung ATR, HWS Windschild und das schienengeführte Klettersystem RKS, Arbeitsbühnen basierend auf Konsolen BF-170, CM-220, CR-250 bzw. dem  MK-System wie BMK-170 / 220 oder 240 Konsolen. Der Einsatz erfolgt nach Anforderungen der Baustelle als beidseitige oder einseitige Schalung - mit oder ohne Kran zu versetzen (Konsolen SBF-180 und 240). Die Kletterschalungen eignen sich insbesondere für Pfeiler, Staudämme, Rückhaltmauern, Treppentürme und Aufzugschächte...
