As in 2019, the Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors will feature the ticket holder's first and last name in addition to the company name. Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors will be ordered, delivered and invoiced online. Exhibitors will continue to be charged only for the tickets actually used.
Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors can be ordered via the bauma Exhibitor Shop (available from spring 2022).
Please refer to the information in the Exhibitor Shop for the costs of Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors. Exhibitor tickets are for stand personnel only, may not be passed on to third parties and are non-transferable. In the event of misuse, Messe München GmbH is entitled to confiscate the exhibitor ticket. The inclusion of co-exhibitors does not increase the number of Print@home-Tickets for main exhibitors.
The Print@home-Ticket for exhibitors does NOT entitle the holder to free use of the MVV (Munich Transport Authority).
Each main exhibitor is allocated a certain quota of free Print@home-Tickets for exhibitors in the ticket portal. After the event, the tickets used will be charged minus the free tickets.
Please note: Both the free and chargeable tickets must be ordered via the Exhibitor Shop.
The construction of a second stand level does not increase the number of Print@home-Tickets.
The evaluation options in the exhibitor portal that already existed in 2019 will of course be maintained and will be further supplemented if necessary.

Introduction of day-based billing of exhibitor passes with only one ticket category.

What does this mean for you as an exhibitor?

In 2022, only one ticket category will be available in the Exhibitor Shop, i.e. no more permanent or one-day tickets. Depending on how many days the ticket is used on site, you will receive an invoice afterwards.
There is a fixed price per day. Please refer to the exhibitor shop for prices (accessible from spring 2022).
Billing is based on usage - if you use the ticket on two days (do not have to be consecutive), you pay the price for two days!
For explanation a simple example: If a ticket is used for one day, the price will be charged for one day. If the ticket is used for five days, the price for five days will be charged, etc.. If the ticket is ordered but not used on site, you will not be charged.

What are the advantages of the new billing model?

Maximum transparency and flexibility thanks to day-by-day billing for tickets used
No need to pre-select the ticket type (daily/permanent ticket). You simply order one ticket for your staff, which can be used for the entire duration of bauma.
Less coordination effort for you as an exhibitor
Cost savings, as it is not necessary to purchase a permanent ticket at a higher price for each employee, even if they only visit the trade fair for 2 days.
Special cost advantage compared to 2019 for employees who are on site between two and four days
