He/she defines and executes the global Liebherr Mining Digitalization journey to create new digital products & services for our customers in order to strengthen our competitiveness and achieve additional revenue potentials for Liebherr .
He/she identifies future trends, analyzes and prioritizes requirements of mine customers in Digitalization, develops and maintains the Liebherr Mining digital product strategy and prioritization of digital product portfolio and roadmap.
Gain a deep understanding of future digitalization trends and market requirements of open pit mine organizations in this domain
Drive continuous competitor analysis together with Sales & Marketing department and assess best practices & reuse of synergies from other Liebherr Divisions and similar industries
Derive the digital requirements backlog for Liebherr Mining and prioritize the product initiatives to a transparent digital product portfolio and roadmap, based on defined criteria and governance
Ensure interaction with the assigned Product Owner of Digital LAB to drive implementation of backlog for agile software development
Support Development of business model and sales strategy for digital solutions together with department Digital Solutions and Services, Sales & Marketing department, continuous alignment with other Product Management activities HEX, OHT and DOZ
Senior Engineer/ Sales/ Product Manager with strong background in mining business and background in related digital topics
Courteous and professional demeanor to internal and external stakeholders/customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to maintain an international, intercompany Liebherr internal and external network with cross-functional stakeholders
Self-organized, structured and organized, able to work independently as well as part of a team
Fluency in English and French, German is appreciated
Open to travel international several times/year
